TYPES OF NON-LIT FLANGES

Printing

Our best recommendation is to get direct UV printing done instead of vinyl printing for a much better outdoor life and also to prevent from some of the problems like peeling or fading.

UV Lamination

We can also provide an additional layer of UV liquid lamination on both of the sides just to ensure a long outdoor life.

Computerized Cutting

Also, your promotional flange can be a cut out in any of the shapes and all of the cutting is done through the automated CNC and laser machines.

MATERIAL OPTIONS

Sunboard 3mm

This is the material option for the lowest budget.
We cannot guarantee you a good life since sun board is not an outdoor grade material and it might bend or tear away in some time.

Sunboard 5mm

If you use a thicker sun board then it will help to preserve it for a longer time.
But also, it increases the cost and increases the life of the product.
It is also safer to transport and less prone to damage.

Moonboard 6mm

It is an outdoor version of sun board and is also really strong with the high-density material.
This is totally waterproof and fade-proof and also the best choice for such an application.
However, it is more expensive than the sun board.

ABS 3mm

It is another rigid outdoor grade plastic which is being commonly used.

CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS

Chain/string hanging

This is nothing but more like a dangler which is hung with the help of a metal chain or a nylon string.
This further can be just hung at a retail outlet.
Since there is no installation required a lot of costs is saved but due to this, it is also not something which is permanent.

Plastic Fitting

We can also fit the double-sided print onto a molded plastic side fitting.
This can be directly screwed into the wall or any other flat surface and also the double-side print is fixed and screwed into the plastic unit.
